Weigh Day Wednesday

First of all a warning that I have not had any coffee at all before writing this. Now, onto the weigh in. Well it finally happened I have been down every weigh in the past 8 weeks, but on this lovely 9th week weigh in I did. not. lose. anything. Aka stayed the same. I refuse to let this tear me down. I have worked my hiney off the past 9 weeks and will work HARDER because of this. I'm not going to try to "figure it out" it is just one of the laws of the weight loss "gods" in that you cannot lose weight every week! There will be a week or two (or 8) during my journey that this will happen, and you know what we just gotta SUCK IT UP biotches!

Jillian Update:
I kept up with the Jillian challenge and have done her workout every day except this past Sunday (I did run that day though). I am now on day 3 level 2 of the 30 day shred. I would call that a NSV. Holla. 

 
Don't you just love all the hearts? I'm hoping it makes me love doing Jillian (her workouts sickos) more! :) Check it out worked out twice a day 5 out of the past 7 days! yee haw. 

I made those two ingredient skinny muffins that everyone and there mom is talking about. I used chocolate cake instead of spice cake with the pumpkin and it was bomb! Only 74 calories a piece. And yes if your wondering you just mix the cake mix and the pumpkin you DON't add the water, eggs or oil to the mix first.

On to the more important things in life:

We love "photo shoots." He is so silly and steals my heart everyday (unless he is throwing a tantrum). He was eating a cracker while we did this by the way.

  4. You rock Annie! I fell off the Jillian challenge after day 4. I just couldn't hack it with my half marathon training and a 2 year old.

  6. I get bored on the treadmill too. This sounds stupid but I count when I run. I guess I count steps, but I just really count to a beat. Then I try not to stop until I reach my goal number! It is sort of mindless, and it clears my mind and I have a goal to hit! New follower from First Name Smith!!
