Weigh Day and Tat Pics!

Anyway, onto the main topic of this post. I dreaded this weigh day more than any other weigh day. You know how last week I stayed the same? Well this week is even worse...I gained 1.4. First of all, I have been DREADING working out this week. I have not been feeling "right," just a little off with everything. Don't know why. Second, I hate Jillian. I posted in Fit Camp today that I am breaking up with her. We may have a few "one night stands" when I decide to do one of her workouts, but I am SICK of doing her shred DVD every day. I don't run as much and that makes me a sad panda (If you know where that last parts from I freakin love you)! So yep I'm quitting the JM challenge. BUT today I start a weight loss challenge where my team and I could win PRIZES. Yippeee gotta love prizes! And my team is pretty bad ass. So watch out. :)

I'm going to start setting small goals each week, because it gives me something to focus on:
1) At LEAST 64 oz of water each day...only one diet pop a week.
2)Plan my day of eating out in My Fitness Pal the night before and STICK to it. 
3) Run. run. run. Plus some weight lifting.

All in all, this weight loss game sucks balls big time. It's a roller coaster, but I'm not getting off anytime soon!

  1. You can do it mama! Losing weight does suck...you are sooo preaching to the choir honey! I am still waiting to do my JM dvd...I am really scared bc I know she is gonna kick my fat ass and I might want to punch her. In fact, I want to punch her and I haven't even done anything yet! Love the silly pics - they are so cute! :)

  2. I hate that! Every time I started hitting a Plateau (or a gain) I would take a bit of time off and then start back up with a different routine. Also, I know you hate JM right now, but she has this cleanse that ALWAYS jump starts me back up. You can get it at Target, Walmart, etc. Worth a shot! Good luck! Don't let it get you down too much!

  3. I broke up with her too. :( Not happy about it but I just couldn't stand another 30 minutes of listening to her voice. I have an unopened copy of her Yoga Madness that I think I am going to take back to Walmart, I just can't stand the thought of her anymore.

    The goals you set for yourself are good ones. How do you plan on keeping them? I make goals for myself just like those all the time and I never fall through, kind of like New Years Resolutions. Any advice?

  5. Oh man how I hate Jillian but I did loose 6 pounds with her Shred last year for a wedding so she knows her shit but she's so annoying. I lost 80lbs in college and I know how hard it is. Good luck!

  6. I too hate her face. For real I just can't take her for awhile - she cuts into my running and basically I want to slap her about 99% of the time. I see results but honestly, I don't care. LOL.. I know I am going to start setting small goals and going from there. I didn't even get on the scale today and I should have... blech... so girl I hear you.

  7. I have been feeling "off" this week too. I just decided that I am going to make a calender and plan out my workouts for the week then put it up on the fridge where I will see it everyday so that I do it. I started the fit challenge too! Usually knowing people are depending on me is really motivating so your team better watch out. Haha. I am going to go make my calender right now. Cute pics! =)

  9. i hate jillian too!! we have been on a break for at least a week now, i hate her and she messes with my runs. the ONLY reason we are getting back together is that she does get results! it seems like lots of people have had a rough week and gains. let's ban together and do this!!!
