October Challenge

So some (well like thousands) of lovely ladies at Mama L's fit camp are doing a Jillian Michaels challenge for the month of October. So of course I joined! We are just about to finish the first challenge where I have lost weight and a pant size thanks to all the awesome biotches in that group!

 Every single day for the month of October I will be doing a Jillian Michaels DVD. I am alternating 2 days of 30 Day Shred then one day of Kick Box Fast fix. Good thing I have a major bitch girl crush on Jill (Yes I can call her that because we are friends I love her.) I will still be running 4 - 5 times a week too which means 2 a day workouts some days. Yee haw.

So here are my measurements:
Hips-42
Bicep: R 14 L 14.5
Waist: 36.5
thighs: R 26.75 L 25.75



I am totally uneven. haha love it. I will re measure Oct 15 and at the end. As well as post progress pictures! yayyy...I have some befores, but I don't have time to post them now because my toddler is watching Dora and the episode is almost over. So I gotta jet, but look for another picture filled post SOON!

Time for some shits and giggles...

My toddler is no longer distracted so I'm out!

  2. Oooh, I almost forgot to take measurements... thanks for the reminder! I'm going to keep up with my running too so it sounds like we're doing the same program... let's rock it!
